Our company has worked in metering field for over 30 years.We have rich R&D experience for molding & producing meter parts. We can develop moulds & launch quantity production according to 3-D drawings or sample from customer.
Before mould developing, we can apply PRO-E/UG software to check the feasibility of the design, and will correct or take precautions against those problems which will appear in mould development or future quantity production. Meanwhile our engineers can well control the tolerance of mounting dimensions to ensure tight fitting, and for material selection, our engineers can also give good suggestion.
In our factory, we have well established production line from mould development, quantity production, assembly to packaging & final exportation. We produce both plastic parts & metal parts for KWH meter at our side and then assemble & export it as a complete set.
